Blecua is located in the north of Spain in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the DO Somontano. The wine produced is super premium and is considered to be the most prestigious from the Somontano region. A small winery that opened for business in 2000. The property covers 14 hectares in the heart of Somontano and a beautiful house where the wine is produced which dates back to the end of the 19th century when it was used as a retreat for the Benedictine monks at Santa Fe de Conques. Blecua is only produced in the best years a follows a triple selection; best vineyards, best bunches and best barrels. It is produced in very limited quantities and each Blecua is unique.
