Shelter Bay wines are produced by Jackson Estate, a small family-owned producer in Marlborough NZ. Jackson Estate has been in the business for over 25 years, hand crafting wines with elegance, finesse and longevity. Focusing on low cropping levels, small batch fermentation, single vineyard fruits and minimal winemaking intervention, the winery is sustainable and environmentally responsible.
Stich Sauvignon Blanc is named in recognition of John ‘Stich’ Stichbury, founder of Jackson Estate. In addition we offer Homestead Pinot Noir, from their estate vineyards. All fruit is grown on their estate vineyards in Marlborough in the Wairau and Waihopai Valleys
